This Privacy Policy is published by Saurav Jain and applies to the mobile applications listed below, which are published by Saurav Jain on Google Play and the Apple App Store. Each application is identified by its store title and its package name.

In this policy, “the app” means whichever of the applications listed above you are using, and “we”, “us” and “our” mean Saurav Jain. This policy does not apply to any application that is not listed above.
1. Who the app is for
The app is a children’s learning app made of picture flashcards with spoken audio. It is intended for children aged approximately one to six, used together with a parent or guardian.
We do not ask children or parents to create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information such as a name, email address, phone number or photograph.
2. Information we do not collect
Saurav Jain does not:
- require account creation or login
- collect name, email address, phone number or date of birth
- access the camera, microphone, contacts or precise location
- store learning history on our servers
- sell personal information
- operate our own analytics, crash reporting or tracking SDK
All flashcard images, audio and learning content are stored inside the app. The learning content works without sending your child’s activity to us.
3. Settings stored on the device
The app saves simple preferences on the device only:
- music on or off
- sound on or off
- swipe mode on or off
- question mode on or off
- random order on or off
These settings are never sent to us. Clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app removes them.
4. Advertising
The app is free to download and contains advertising.
Ad partner
We use the Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK, provided by Google LLC, to display:
- banner ads, usually at the bottom of the screen
- interstitial ads, which are full-screen ads that may appear between activities
An internet connection is required for ads to load.
Child-directed treatment
Because this is a children’s app, we configure Google’s advertising services with child-directed treatment enabled and request only G-rated ad content suitable for a general audience. We do not use advertising to build a personal profile of your child.
Google, not Saurav Jain, delivers the ads and may process limited technical data needed to serve ads, measure ad performance and prevent invalid traffic. We do not control Google’s systems.
Information Google may process
- device type, operating system version and app version
- IP address, and approximate location derived from it
- advertising identifiers, where the platform permits them
- ad impressions, clicks, and whether an ad loaded or failed
We do not receive your child’s name, email address or personal profile from these ads.
Google’s policies
You can review or reset advertising settings on your device: on Android under Settings → Google → Ads; on iOS under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and Apple Advertising. Available options depend on your device and operating system version.
5. Internet access
All learning content is stored on the device. The app uses the internet only to:
- request and display advertisements from Google
- check for an app update, where the platform provides that feature
No account data is uploaded to us.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only as follows:
- Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads — to serve banner and interstitial ads, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud and invalid traffic
- Google Play and the Apple App Store — standard install, update and store information, handled by Google or Apple, not by us
- Legal requests — where required by applicable law
We do not share data with other advertisers, data brokers or social networks.
7. Children’s privacy
The app is designed for children and does not request personal information. Advertising is requested with child-directed treatment. The app does not:
- allow chat, posting or sharing with other users
- include social login
- include a web browser that lets a child browse the open internet inside the app
- perform cross-app tracking of its own
If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information to us, please contact dev.forebearpro@gmail.com. We do not operate a user-account system for these apps, so there is normally no personal data held on our servers to delete.
8. Data retention and deletion
- Our servers — we do not run a user-account database for these apps and hold no personal profiles.
- On the device — uninstall the app or clear its storage to remove local settings.
- Advertising — Google retains advertising data according to Google’s own privacy policy.
9. Security
We do not collect personal accounts. Advertisements are loaded through Google’s SDK over the device’s network connection. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Your choices
- Music and sound can each be turned off in the app’s settings.
- Advertising cannot currently be disabled inside the app; ads keep the app free.
- You can uninstall the app at any time.
- Device-level advertising and tracking settings may limit advertising identifiers.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page, and we will add any new application to the list above. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
