Forebear Productions (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use our apps.

This policy applies to Baby Flash Apps and all current and future language editions of the same app family, including English, French, Italian, Japanese, Spanish, Arabic, and any other language edition we publish under the Baby Flash Apps name.

It also applies to related educational apps published by Forebear Productions in the same app family, unless that app provides its own privacy policy.

1. Who this app is for

Baby Flash Apps is a children’s learning app with flashcards, pictures, and audio. It is intended for children, used with a parent or guardian.

We do not ask children or parents to create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information such as name, email address, phone number, or photos.

2. Information we do not collect

Forebear Productions does not:

• require account creation or login
• collect name, email address, phone number, or date of birth
• access the camera, microphone, contacts, or precise location
• store learning history on our servers
• sell user data
• use our own analytics, crash reporting, or tracking SDK

Flashcard images, sounds, videos, and the learning database are included inside the app. Learning content works without sending your child’s activity to us.

3. Local settings stored on the device

The app may save simple preferences only on the device, such as:

• music on or off
• sound on or off
• swipe mode
• question mode

These settings are not sent to Forebear Productions. Clearing the app data or uninstalling the app removes them.

4. Advertising

The app contains ads. Ads help keep the app free to download and use.

Ad partner

We use Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK (Google LLC) to show:

• banner ads, typically at the bottom of the screen
• interstitial ads, which are full-screen ads that may appear when starting or finishing an activity

Internet access is required for ads to load.

Child-directed ads

Because this is a children’s app, we configure Google ads as child-directed and request G-rated ad content suitable for a general audience.

We ask Google to treat the app as made for children and to serve ads in a limited, family-friendly way. We do not use ads to build a personal profile of your child.

Google, not Forebear Productions, delivers the ads and may process limited technical data needed to show ads, measure ad performance, and prevent invalid traffic. We do not control Google’s systems.

Information Google may process

Google’s advertising services may automatically receive information such as:

• device type, operating system, and app version
• IP address
• advertising identifiers, where allowed by the platform
• ad views, clicks, and approximate location derived from IP address
• diagnostic information about whether an ad loaded or failed

We do not receive your child’s name, email address, or personal profile from these ads.

You can review or reset advertising-related settings in your device settings, such as Android advertising ID / Google ad settings, or iOS tracking and personalized ads settings. Available options depend on the device and operating system version.

5. Internet access

Learning content is stored on the device.

The app uses the internet mainly to:

• request and display ads from Google
• check for an app update on Android, where that feature is enabled

No account data is uploaded to Forebear Productions.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell personal information.

Information is shared only as follows:

• Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads: to show banner and interstitial ads, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud or invalid traffic
• App stores (Google Play and Apple App Store): standard install, update, and store information handled by Google or Apple, not by us
• Legal requests: if required by law

We do not share data with other advertisers, data brokers, or social networks.

7. Children’s privacy

We design the app for children and do not ask for personal information.

Ads are requested as child-directed. The app does not:

• allow users to chat, post, or share with strangers
• include social login
• include a web view that lets a child browse the open internet inside the app
• use our own cross-app tracking

If a parent believes a child has provided personal information to us, contact dev.forebearpro@gmail.com. We do not operate a user-account system for this app, so there is typically no personal data on our servers to delete.

8. Data retention and deletion

• Our servers: we do not run a user-account database for this app and do not store personal profiles.
• On the device: uninstall the app or clear app storage to remove local settings.
• Ads: Google retains advertising data according to Google’s own privacy policy.

9. Security

We do not collect personal accounts. Ads are loaded over the device’s network connection through Google’s SDK. No method of electronic transmission is completely secure.

10. Related apps

Forebear Productions may publish other children’s learning apps related to Baby Flash Apps, including other languages or similar flashcard apps.

Unless an app shows a different privacy policy, this Privacy Policy applies to those related apps as well. Those apps may also use Google AdMob banner and interstitial ads with child-directed settings.

11. Your choices

• You can turn music and sound off in the app settings.
• Ads cannot currently be turned off inside the app. Ads support the free version.
• You can uninstall the app at any time.
• Device-level advertising or tracking settings may limit some advertising identifiers.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the Effective Date at the top. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
